Hi! How's everyone doing?

This is pretty much how I've been feeling lately:

Man, is anyone else feeling totally lethargic this summer? I got back in the States a few days ago, and I just haven't felt like doing anything. We moved while I was away, plus I found out [livejournal.com profile] pouikee and I scored an artist table for Anime Weekend Atlanta, so all in all that means a lot of unpacking and drawing I have to do. AND I'VE DONE LIKE 5% OF IT ALL AHHH. I've just been bumming around the house watching Due South and eating pineapple gummies 8| 8|

I have photos from China I need to upload (can't find the USB cord in these boxes) and a letter for [livejournal.com profile] superlark to write and a bunch of art stuff unrelated to AWA and .... yeah. I'm sure it will happen eventually? Oh, and school, sometime, whenever that starts.

Oh yes, and there's this - if you like drawing comics and are into that sort of thing, Dresden Codak's Aaron Diaz is writing a pretty awesome blog about such things right here. Check it out!

Yesterday at dinner...

Sometimes I wonder how I ever managed to get into college, or passed Calculus, for that matter. I must be a freaking genius.

I FINISHED NANOWRIMO YEAH...... My very big victory for the month of November, which has just been one hassle after another. My finals will be over by next Tuesday, and hopefully I'll have time to go back to DFtR and other things.

HI, I sort of broke into my house today after finals. Ahahaha.

I left my key at home and I don't live close enough to anyone I can stay over at. And I was really tired and hungry and angry, so I ... somehow convinced myself that grabbing a brick and smashing the basement door was the best option for the moment. Yeah, I don't know either.

Well, that wasn't exactly a success, but I noticed that the mosquito netting to the window next to the door was peeling away, so I removed that and saw that one of the window panes was already broken. LUCKY! I broke that away with the brick, unlatched the window and crawled through.

...Only to find that the door to the main floor was LOCKED AS WELL JSDHFKJDSHF.

Whereupon I gave up and read Crime and Punishment on the couch until my dad came up (early) with pan-fried noodles.

Hunger, it does crazy things to you!

The sad thing it, this is like the second time I've had to break a window and crawl through in order to get inside my house. DUDE. WHAT.
